Janet Goldenbogen-Self is licensed in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse. She took her Doctorate of Natural Healing from the Clayton College of Natural Health in 1993 and completed Ayurvedic course work certification through the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM in 1996
Janet achieved status as a qualified Practitioner of Therapeutic Touch through Therapeutic Touch International, Inc.. In addition, she is certified as a USUI HOLY FIRE® III and KARUNA® REIKI Master trained through the International Center for Reiki Training.and upgraded her training with William Rand the founder and director of ICRT.
Polarity therapy is incorporated into her energy balancing sessions also.
Janet offers Akashic record readings as a tool for clients to study their personal soul’s book and to better understand their life journey. She achieved her advanced certification in Akashic Records through the Linda Howe Institute.
Her training also reaches into the shamanic realm as a core shamanic practitioner based upon the teachings of anthropologist Michael Harner and Sandra Ingerman of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Her interest in mind/body/spirit balancing led her deeply into the realms of healing the spirit. Intuition was always a very strong gift for Janet. As her nursing career progressed, especially when she incorporated Therapeutic Touch into client care, her gifts as a sensitive, clairvoyant, and psychic emerged and developed, allowing her to tap the strength of her Celtic roots.This prompted her continual studies of Reiki, shamanic and Akashic record studies.
She delights in working with individuals who are interested in working together towards wellness and healing on all levels of mind/body/spirit. Currently she practices as a Holistic Health Practitioner in Port Townsend, WA
